OKLAHOMA TAKES THE LEAD IN IMMIGRATION REFORM

Here’s what House Bill 1804 will do:
•Eliminate illegal aliens’ ability to get an official government identification card, such as a driver’s or occupational license.
•Prevent illegal aliens from obtaining public benefits or assistance other than what is required by federal law, such as education and emergency medical care.
•Create a state felony offense for persons who knowingly harbor, transport, conceal or shelter illegal aliens. Each offense is punishable by a $1,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
•Make illegal aliens arrested for felonies or alcohol-related misdemeanors generally ineligible for parole, meaning they must be held until federal authorities come to pick them up.
•As of July 2008, businesses will have to check new employees’ work authorization with federal databases.
•Create incentives for businesses not to hire illegal aliens, including creating a private cause of action for anyone who is fired from a position that later is given to an illegal alien.

Unrepentant Nazi, 84, calls Auschwitz a 'ten star hotel' and tells Dachau victim 'you survived well'

An unrepentant old Nazi officer who served in some of the worst concentration camps gives the Hitler salute in Spain where he has hidden from justice for over 60 years.

Now Paul Maria Hafner is the subject of a TV documentary called "Hafner's Paradise" which chronicles his life in exile – and how he manages to draw pensions from three countries.

Yet although Hafner, 84, continues to make outrageous statements that would put him behind bars in Germany or Austria, no government has sought to prosecute him.

He calls the death camp of Auschwitz, where 1.1 million Jews were murdered, "a ten star hotel" where "Jews were sent for their own protection. All that stuff about murder is Allied propaganda crap."

Of Hitler he says: "I regard him as the greatest man who ever lived, the most important person in the history of the world."

'Setting the record straight': Hafner in his younger days

He said he gets out of bed every day to give the raised arm salute to his Fuehrer.

He agreed to a documentary being made on him "because I want to set the record straight about our ideals and our cause during the Third Reich."

He admits he dreams of seeing a "Fourth Reich" in Germany adding: "I am only sorry I will not be around to see it."

After WWII, Hafner found asylum in Franco's Spain, protected from allegations of war crimes and surrounded by old comrades.

This is why Spain is "paradise on earth" for him - a place that allows him to continue to nurture his fanaticism, and yet protects him from the scrutiny of international justice.

"No Jew was ever killed under Hitler for being a Jew," he said, refusing to elaborate on what he did when posted to the concentration camps of Buchenwald and Dachau in Germany.

Hafner is not being pursued actively by governments although Nazi war crime sleuths in Israel believe him guilty of atrocities in the two concentrations camps where he worked and on the Eastern Front where he served as a fighting SS man.

He draws three pensions because he qualifies for a war pension from Germany, an old age pension in Spain where he worked for many years as a pig farmer and one from Italy because it is the land of his birth.

Being a former concentration camp guard is not a barrier to receiving a German pension.

In the documentary, Hafner is brought face-to-face with a survivor from Dachau.

"You survived quite well," Hafner responds matter-of-factly after the Jewish victim recounts his painful memories.

According to Hafner there are hundreds like him in Spain.

Gunter Schwaiger, who filmed Hafner's Paradise, said: "He is in close contact with people who are indeed wanted or have been convicted in other countries because of their anti-Semitic actions and declarations, or because they have denied the existence of the Holocaust.

"Paul María Hafner is neither a Martian nor a diabolical being, but an apparently respectable gentleman living in a smart Madrid neighbourhood who, aged 84, might be taken for a congenial grandfather, filled with goodness and affection.

"The defeat of the Third Reich was an enormous trauma for Hafner, from which he has not yet recovered. His convictions have simply become firmer. He is not troubled by the accounts of the victims, or that National Socialism led the world to disaster. His fanaticism remains just as intact today as 60 years ago."

The film is due for release in the UK in the spring.

NOW we find out that when the Christians yelled "Merry Christmas" the jews replied "We killed Jesus" and then said "Happy Hanukah." That's when (and why) they got the shit beaten out of them.

White Middle School Student Attacked By A Pack Of Non-White Girls In Hilo, Hawaii, But Suspended For Calling One Of Her Attackers A "Slut"

In the public school system in Hilo, Hawaii, if someone picks a fight with you, you better not call them a name while they're caving your head in, or you'll be suspended, too.

And 12-year old Waiakea Intermediate School student Evelyn Higgins (pictured above left) found this out back on November 15th, 2007. After as many as fourteen girls, most or all believed to be non-white, some possibly Hawaiian, started following her around on campus, one of them attacked her, bashing head against a wall four times following a nasty exchange of words. The attacker called Evelyn a "fucking haole." Evelyn called the attacker a "slut." The resultant gash in Evelyn's head required 10 surgical staples to close.

Evelyn's attacker will be punished by the school, but the school won't say how. Police are also investigating, but juvenile court cases remain secret. Whether using a racial slur makes this a hate crime might never be made public.

However, guess what? The victim, Evelyn Higgins, is also being punished - for calling her attacker a "slut". On Thursday December 6th, she'll serve a one-day in-school suspension somewhere on the school grounds. Her parents will sit with her out of sympathy and solidarity.

School officials won't explain why they believe Evelyn is also worthy of punishment, although she's the victim. However, principal Maureen Duffy said she and the vice principal investigated the case as "harassment," defined in Hawaii Administrative Rules as including hitting and using racial slurs.

Police Lt. Randall Medeiros said the officer assigned to Waiakea Intermediate initially classified the case as misdemeanor assault, but Medeiros raised it to a felony when he saw the extent of Evelyn's injuries.

Commentary: The article does not specifically identify the race of the attackers, but only a Hawaiian is likely to refer to a white person as a "fucking haole", which is a Hawaiian racial slur for "white".

The article also alludes to the pernicious infuence of the entertainment industry sending bad messages to kids, but I think there's another issue at work here. It's possible this could be a reflection of the growing Hawaiian sovereignty movement.

On November 11th, the Molokai Times reported on the passage of the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act by the U.S. House back in October. Originally drafted by Sen. Daniel Akaka (D-HI), the bill would result in a landmark for ancestral descendants of the indigenous people of Hawaii by allowing for a process to establish parity with over 550 Alaska Native and Native American groups recognized by the U.S. government. It would extend self-governing rights to Native Hawaiians, which would allow for a government-to-government type of relationship between the U.S. and the Native Hawaiian governing body.

Perhaps this legislation has caused some of the "pineapples" to "start acting a bit prickly", if you know what I mean.

White Pride

Did you know that the terms "Black Power," "Black Supremacy," and "La Raza" (The Race) are all trademarks that have long been approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office? Even the Black Panther Party's slogan "Burn, Baby, Burn" (which still evokes the threat of rioting and mayhem), had no problem winning official trademark recognition.

And then there's "African Pride," "Black Pride," "Chippewa Pride," "Cuban Pride," "Indian Pride," "Jewish Pride," "Red Pride," and lots more -- all aimed at acknowledging a race or ethnicity. And all terms approved by the U.S. government.

As Reported by American Renaissance and Free Republic, when Justin Moritz, a former law enforcement officer, applied to trademark the phrase "White Pride Country Wide," he was rejected in no uncertain terms. Registration of the words was not only denied, but the phrase was ruled "offensive" and "immoral." More succinctly, the trademark office claimed, "... the proposed mark consists of or comprises immoral or scandalous matter."

Incredulous, Moritz's next step was to appeal the decision and give trademark officials a chance to reconsider his request. He first did some homework and accumulated a list of all the trademarks given to terms that acknowledge pride of race or national origin. He came up with over three dozen relevant terms or slogans, many referencing people of color, which objectively could be deemed close relatives to "White Pride Country Wide." All to no avail. Rejection of his registration was upheld, and to add to his vexation, his $1,300 trademark application fee was deemed non-refundable.

Moritz next turned to the ACLU, which, unsurprisingly, refused to petition the trademark office in his behalf. He then contacted the Center for Individual Rights, a public interest law firm. CIR did not take the case, but did place it on the website of the Federalist Society, where lawyers sometimes choose cases to handle pro bono. As of August, Moritz had not been contacted by a willing attorney.

Let's face it, it would be surprising if Moritz found support, especially among whites. After decades of inundation about the evils of "white racism" coming from all directions, and most especially from the media and education establishments, the average white is programmed to avoid anything that smacks of conscious endorsement of his own race. In the current social climate, to display favorable regard towards that which is white, not only is forbidden, but is viewed as an automatic disparagement of non-whites.

A "White Pride" T-shirt is deemed a threatening symbol, whereas a "Black Supremacy" slogan on a button or garment is viewed as an understandable, albeit angry response to undeserved past abuses. Any public effort to promote a white theme is doomed to failure, even if the proper bows to racial diversity are adhered to. Whites learn early to censor themselves, in order to comply with the rules of the race game.

The white who does not learn how to keep his head beneath the radar could wind up smeared with the "racist" label -- a potentially ruinous accusation. He who slips and fails to follow the politically correct race protocol could find himself in a turbulent situation. Given the existence of "hate crime" laws -- ambiguous statutes conceived primarily to entrap whites -- it is best to keep any socially unorthodox thoughts to oneself. As several cases demonstrate, punishment for Thought Crime has arrived in America.

Knowing that whites are on the defensive in this peculiar, one-sided shadow play, self-appointed "watchdog" groups, i.e., the professional "anti-racists," are quick to target a slogan like "White Pride Country Wide" as an arrogant manifestation of white supremacy. Honest intentions do not matter, since this is a "Gotcha!" game. Once the taboo "supremacist" has been applied, other whites will run for cover, eager to dissociate themselves from anyone who might bring on "race" troubles.

In a society now immersed in identity politics, where the education system and a reinforcing media work overtime in pummeling young minds with racially correct propaganda, there is little prospect that fairness will prevail in the near future.
